Listing terms

These terms apply when you pay to list a private property on ExploraHome (“List your property”). They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

What you are buying

€19 for 30 days. Your home appears as a pin on the ExploraHome map and Street View, with a public listing page on this site. Payment is a one-off charge. We do not store card numbers. Stripe processes the payment.

Who may list

You must be the owner of the property, or have the owner’s permission to advertise it. You must not list a property you are not authorised to advertise. This flow is for private sellers. Estate agencies use a separate agency listing path.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the address, photos, price, and description you submit. Photos must be of the property, not of a person. We may hide a listing that is misleading, unlawful, or not a genuine home for sale.

Contact

Buyers contact you through the listing page. We email you their message. We do not publish your email address or phone number on the page.

Expiry

The listing leaves the public map when the 30 days end. We may email you before expiry. We will not charge you again unless you ask for another 30 days.

Refunds

If we cannot place the pin because the address cannot be geocoded, we will contact you. Contact us at tristan@explorahome.ie for other payment issues.
